This one-day psychoeducational workshop supports adults in developing greater awareness of the emotional, behavioural, and thinking patterns that can contribute to reactive or aggressive responses.
Through a structured and reflective approach, participants are supported in recognizing triggers, understanding escalation patterns, and exploring healthier ways of responding to stress, conflict, anger, and difficult emotions.
For individuals required to attend a PAR-equivalent or intimate partner violence prevention program through the courts, probation, parole, or legal referral.
For adults who want to better understand harmful relationship patterns, emotional reactions, anger, conflict, or behaviours that may be impacting their relationships.
For individuals referred by lawyers, social workers, mental health professionals, or agencies seeking structured accountability and behaviour-change support.

This workshop is open to adults 18 years of age and older who are seeking support in developing healthier responses to anger, stress, conflict, or interpersonal challenges.
Referrals may be made through the courts, lawyers, probation or parole services, community justice programs, social workers, mental health professionals, employee assistance programs, or through self-referral.
